« Dark matter and the MOND phenomenology in galaxies. »

We discuss the phenomenology of dark matter at galactic scales and the intriguing MOND (Modified Newtonian Dynamics) formula for the rotation curves of galaxies, the baryonic Tully-Fisher relation (BTFR) and the radial acceleration relation (RAR). We present a modified gravity theory based on a scalar field dubbed the Khronon, able to recover the MOND formula in galaxies and the standard cosmological model at large scales. Then we present the latest version of the Dipolar Dark Matter (DDM) model (motivated by the dielectric analogy of MOND) where the deep-MOND regime is recovered from some supposed-to-be fundamental Yang-Mills interaction.
