Giant elliptical galaxies are surrounded by very populous Globular Cluster (GC) systems. With the advent of 8-m Class telescopes, it has become possible to obtain spectra of GCs at Virgo and Fornax Cluster distances, allowing us to use these GCs as test particles in the underlying gravitational potential. In my talk, I will first give an overview of the use of extragalactic Globular Clusters to constrain the mass estimates for their host galaxies.  I will discuss observational methods as well as dynamical modelling and compare the results to X-ray-based mass measurements. Central cluster galaxies tend to have very extended GC systems. In the case of NGC 1399, the GC system has an extent which is comparable to the core radius of the Fornax cluster. Are these GCs which are found in between the cluster galaxies bound to the central galaxy? Could they have been stripped from their host galaxies? I will briefly discuss the dynamics of these Intra-Cluster Globular Clusters in Fornax and present some new results from a search for Intra-Cluster GCs in the Virgo cluster.
