Is the universe fine-tuned for life? And if it is, what does this mean? I’ll summarize some of the key parts of a book that I am completing on this topic, showing that it with a little change to the laws of physics, the universe could have been very different, and very probably sterile. This is not a formal talk, but an outline of the book, but will touch on fundamental particles, fundamental forces, and the mathematical structure of the universe.
